You can submit one art a week , for non-contributor , you can submit one art per month (as the club is growing) as to minimize the art/spamming of inbox of the deviant who watch too

All/most of your art in your gallery must belong to either amazing, brilliant, wow, A+, A++, epic and kawaii folder

when i browse the gallery of , most of his arts fall either to wow, brilliant, folders, A++, A+, Epic and Kawaii fodlers   so he can be contributor
